Rebecca Iantuonni
Rebecca Iannantuoni is co-chair of the Day Pitney's Special Needs Planning practice group. She advises individuals and families on estate planning, particularly special needs planning, protective proceedings and eligibility for government benefit programs. She also represents clients in all aspects of estate and generational wealth planning, estate administration and other probate matters, including guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Additionally, she is appointed to serve as a guardian ad litem, conservator, and guardian of intellectually disabled individuals in complex probate court matters.
Rebecca is a member of multiple organizations on behalf of individuals with special needs and often speaks covering diverse topics, including special needs planning, guardianship, and alternatives/supported decision-making, as well as government benefits for individuals with special needs.
